(주)프렙마스터 학원 관리 규정집



제1조 [목적]

본 규정은 (주)프렙마스터 학원의 질서 있는 운영과 학생의 안전 및 학습권 보호를 위하여 제정되었으며, 학원 구성원이 지켜야 할 기본 원칙을 명확히 합니다.

제2조 [출결 관리]

  1. 정규 수업 시작 전까지 등원 완료를 원칙으로 합니다.

  2. 지각/조퇴/결석은 사전에 보호자의 유선 또는 온라인 (채널/카카오톡/ 문자) 통보가 있어야 인정됩니다.

  3. 무단 지각 또는 결석 3회 이상 시 학부모와 면담 후 수강 지속 여부를 검토할 수 있습니다.

제3조 [수업 태도 및 생활 규정]

  1. 수업 중 휴대전화는 반드시 무음 모드로 전환 후 학원에서 지시한 곳에 보관합니다.

  2. 타 학생의 학습을 방해하는 언행(소음, 야유, 비속어 사용 등)이나 불쾌함을 유발하는 행동은 철저히 금지합니다.

제4조 [학습 방해 행위 및 비속어 사용에 대한 조치]

  1. 학원은 모든 학생이 집중할 수 있는 안전하고 존중받는 학습 환경을 조성하기 위해, 다음과 같은 행위를 엄격히 금지합니다.

    • 고의적인 소음 유발 (책상 두드리기, 큰 소리로 웃거나 떠드는 행위 등)

    • 타 학생을 향한 야유, 조롱, 놀림

    • 비속어, 욕설, 저속한 표현의 사용 (말, 행동 포함)

    • 기타 타 학생에게 불쾌감, 위화감, 공포감을 유발하는 언행

  2. 위 항목 중 욕설이나 비속어, 행동 포함한 불쾌한 표현을 사용하는 경우,

    • 1차 적발 시 경고 및 학부모 통보
      2차 적발 시 즉시 퇴원 조치되며, 퇴원 절차는 본 규정집의 5조 2항을 따릅니다. 

    • 해당 항목으로 퇴원 시 재등록은 불가합니다.


제5조 [폭력 행위에 대한 조치]

  1. 타 학생 또는 티칭 스탭과 (관리 선생님 및 TA 포함) 수업시간 내 또는 등·하원 시간에 (주)프렙마스터 학원의 공간 및 건물의 공용 공간(교실, 대기실, 화장실, 복도, 계단, 학원 주차장 등)에서 다음과 같은 폭력 행위가 발생할 경우, 이를 폭력행위로 규정합니다. 

    • 신체적 폭력 (밀기, 때리기, 발로 차기 등)

    • 언어적 폭력 (야유, 욕설, 비속어, 위협, 괴롭힘 등)

    • 비언어적 폭력 (행동으로 욕설 또는 비속어를 사용할 경우)

    • 정서적/집단 따돌림 행위

  2. 본 5조 1항의 행위에 대해 1차 적발 시 경고 및 학부모 통보/ 2차 적발 시 즉시 퇴원 조치 됩니다.

  3. 이 과정은 사전 고지된 규정에 따른 원칙적 조치임을 이해하고 동의합니다.

  4. 상기 조항에 따른 퇴원 시에는 (주)프렙마스터 학원이 제공하는 모든 교육 서비스에 신규 등록 및 재등록이 불가합니다.

  5. 해당 조치는 피해 학생 보호와 유사 사례 방지를 위한 원칙적 대응입니다.

  6. 본 조항에 따른 퇴원 조치는 학원의 운영권한 내에 있으며, 사전에 동의서를 통해 학부모에게 안내됨을 전제로 시행됩니다.


제6조 [안전 수칙 및 시설 이용]

  1. 건물 내 질서 유지 및 비상 상황 대피 요령을 숙지해야 합니다. 

  2. (주) 프렙마스터 학원의 모든 시설(책상, 의자, 기기 등)을 고의로 훼손할 경우, 수리비 또는 배상 비용을 부담할 수 있습니다.

  3. (주) 프렙마스터 학원내 음식물 섭취는 정해진 공간에서만 허용됩니다.

  4. (주) 프렙마스터 학원의 건물 복도, 계단, 로비, 화장실 등 공용공간에서 타인에게 불편함과 불쾌함을 유발하지 않습니다.

제7조 [교습 외 활동 및 홍보 관련 규정]

  1. (주) 프렙마스터 학원의 학생의 사진 및 수업 장면을 홍보 목적(예: 홈페이지, SNS)에 사용할 수 있으며, 
    학부모에게 명확한 사전 안내와 동의 절차를 거친 후 진행합니다.

  2. 학부모의 동의 없이 개인 정보(이름, 연락처 등)를 외부에 공유하지 않습니다.

제8조 [지도 및 수강 제한]

다음의 행위가 발견되면 (주)프렙마스터 학원에서 경고 또는 수강 제한 조치가 가능합니다.

  1. 타인을 대상으로 한 신체적/언어적 폭력 

  2. 고의적인 학습 방해 행위

  3. 상습적인 무단 지각/결석

  4. (주)프렙마스터 학원내 또는 건물내 기물 훼손

  5. 경고 누적이 2회 이상 발생시 (주)프렙마스터 학원은 학부모 통보 후 필요 시 수강 중단 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.


제9조 [기타]

  1. 본 규정은 (주)프렙마스터 학원의 필요에 따라 사전 공지 후 변경될 수 있습니다.

  2. 규정 변경 시 (주)프렙마스터 학원은 보호자에게 서면/문자/카카오 채널톡/ 공지사항 등을 통해 고지합니다.

제10조 [시험 부정행위 방지 및 처리 기준]

  1. 정기 또는 비정기 평가 중 다음과 같은 행위는 부정행위로 간주합니다.

    • 타인의 답안지를 보거나 보여주는 행위

    • 휴대전화, 메모지 등 외부 자료를 참조하는 행위

    • 감독자의 지시에 따르지 않는 고의적 방해 행위

  2. 부정행위 적발 시 해당 시험은 무효 처리되며, 경고 조치와 함께 학부모에게 통보됩니다.

  3. 3회 이상 발생 시 (주)프렙마스터 학원은 수강 제한 또는 중단 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.

제11조 [학원비 환불 규정]

  1. 환불 기준은 다음과 같습니다.

    • 최종 납부 수업료에서 수업을 진행한 기간에 대한 금액을 공제 후 잔액을 환불합니다.

    • 수업 당일 취소 및 해당 수업에 대한 환불 불가

    • 아래의 경우에 한하여 예외적으로 환불이 가능합니다.

      1. 병결(질병 또는 부상)로 인한 결석이며,

      2. 진단서 또는 약봉투(병원 명 기재된 것)를 수업일 포함 3일 이내에 제출한 경우

    • 병결 외 개인 사유(여행, 사적인 약속 등)로 인한 결석은 환불대상이 아닙니다.

    • 보강은 진행하지 않습니다. 

  2. 본 규정집의 제4조 [학습 방해 행위 및 비속어 사용에 대한 조치], 제5조 [폭력 행위에 대한 조치], 제6조 [안전 수칙 및 시설 이용], 제8조 [지도 및 수강 제한]에 의거해 발생하는 퇴원조치의 경우, 다음의 환불 절차를 따릅니다. 

  • 최종 납부 수업료에서 수업을 진행한 기간에 대한 금액을 공제 후 잔액을 환불합니다.

  • 필요에 의한 일시 분리기간에 대한 결석은 당일 수업 취소분을 제외하고 전체 환불 일수에 포함됩니다.


제12조 [교재 및 학습자료 분실/손상 시 처리]

  1. (주)프렙마스터 학원이 제공한 교재, 워크북, 인쇄물 등은 학생이 책임 있게 보관해야 합니다.

  2. 수업 자료는 라이선스상 다시 제공이 되지 않습니다. 

 

 

프렙마스터 학원은 학생 한 명 한 명의 가능성과 개성을 소중히 여기며, 모두가 존중받는 안전하고 공정한 학습 환경을 만들어가고자 최선을 다하고 있습니다. 본 규정집은 그러한 교육 철학을 실현하기 위한 최소한의 약속이며, 학원, 학생, 학부모가 함께 지켜야 할 신뢰의 바탕입니다. 규정은 상황에 따라 일부 변경될 수 있으며, 그 경우 학부모님께 사전 안내를 드린 후 적용됩니다.

[PrepMaster Academy Co., Ltd., Regulations and Operational Policies]

Article 1 [Purpose]

These regulations are established to ensure the orderly operation of PrepMaster Academy Co., Ltd., and to protect the students' safety and right to learn. They clearly outline the basic principles that all members of the academy are required to adhere to.


Article 2 [Attendance Management]

1. Students are required to complete their attendance before the start of the regular class.
2. Tardiness, early departure, and absences will only be recognized if the parent/guardian informs the academy in advance via phone or online communication (such as through the academy's channel, KakaoTalk, or text message).
3. If a student has more than three unexcused tardies or absences, the continuation of their enrollment will be reviewed after a meeting with the parent/guardian.


Article 3 [Classroom Attitude and Behavior Regulations]

1. During class, students must switch their phones to silent mode and store them in the designated place as instructed by the academy.
2. Any behavior that disrupts the learning of other students (e.g., noise, teasing, using foul language, etc.) or actions that cause discomfort to others are strictly prohibited.


Article 4 [Actions Against Disruptive Behavior and Use of Foul Language]

1. The academy is committed to creating a safe and respectful learning environment where every student can focus. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Deliberate noise-making (e.g., banging on desks, laughing loudly, talking excessively)

  • Taunting, mocking, or teasing other students

  • Using foul language, cursing, or vulgar expressions (including verbal or non-verbal actions such as gestures)

  • Any actions that cause discomfort, alienation, or fear to others

2. If any of these behaviors, including foul language or gestures, are detected:

  • 1st Offense: Warning and parent/guardian notification

  • 2nd Offense: Immediate dismissal from the academy. The dismissal process will follow the procedure outlined in Article 5, Section 2 of this regulation.

  • In such cases of dismissal, re-enrollment is not permitted.

Article 5 [Actions Regarding Student Violence]

1. If any violent behavior occurs between students or between students and teaching staff (including administrative teachers and teaching assistants), during class or while entering or leaving the academy, or in public spaces within the academy's building (such as classrooms, waiting rooms, bathrooms, hallways, stairs, or parking lots), it will be classified as an act of violence.

  • Physical violence (e.g., pushing, hitting, kicking)

  • Verbal violence (e.g., teasing, cursing, threatening, bullying)

  • Non-verbal violence (e.g., using hand gestures or signs with offensive language)

  • Emotional or group bullying

2. For the behaviors outlined in Section 1 of this article, the following actions will be taken:

  • 1st Offense: Warning and parent/guardian notification

  • 2nd Offense: Immediate dismissal from the academy.

3. This action is a fundamental measure following the pre-notified regulations. 

4. Once dismissed under these provisions, the student will not be allowed to re-enroll or access any educational services provided by PrepMaster Academy Co., Ltd.

5. This decision is made to protect the victim and prevent similar cases in the future.

6. After dismissal, the academy will cooperate with external institutions (e.g., the school, guardians, counseling centers) to facilitate follow-up actions.


Article 6 [Safety Rules and Facility Use]

1. Students must familiarize themselves with the rules for maintaining order within the building and the evacuation procedures in case of an emergency.

2. If any facilities (e.g., desks, chairs, equipment) at PrepMaster Academy Co., Ltd. are intentionally damaged, the student or guardian may be required to pay for the repair or replacement costs.

3. Food consumption within the academy is allowed only in designated areas.

4. Students must not cause inconvenience or discomfort to others in common areas of the academy, such as hallways, stairs, lobbies, and bathrooms.


Article 7 [Extracurricular Activities and Promotion Regulations]

1. PrepMaster Academy Co., Ltd. may use students' photos and footage of classes for promotional purposes (e.g., on the website or social media). This will only occur after clear prior notice to parents and obtaining their consent.
2. No personal information (such as names, contact details, etc.) will be shared with external parties without parental consent.


Article 8 [Guidance and Enrollment Restrictions]

1. The following actions may result in a warning or enrollment restriction at PrepMaster Academy Co., Ltd.:

  • Physical or verbal violence against others

  • Intentional disruption of learning

  • Repeated tardiness or absenteeism

  • Damage to academy property

2. If a student accumulates two warnings, PrepMaster Academy Co., Ltd. may suspend the student's enrollment after notifying the parent/guardian and reviewing the situation.


Article 9 [Other]

1. These regulations may be modified by PrepMaster Academy Co., Ltd. according to the academy's needs, with prior notice to parents/guardians.
2. In case of changes, parents/guardians will be notified through written communication, text messages, KakaoTalk, or official announcements.


Article 10 [Prevention of Cheating and Handling Guidelines]

1. During regular or irregular evaluations, the following actions are considered cheating:

  • Looking at or showing another student's answers

  • Referring to unauthorized materials such as mobile phones or notes

  • Disrupting the exam intentionally by not following the supervisor’s instructions

2. If a student is caught cheating, the exam will be invalidated, and the parent/guardian will be notified with a warning.

3. If cheating occurs more than three times, PrepMaster Academy Co., Ltd. may restrict or suspend the student's enrollment.


Article 11 [Tuition Refund Regulations]

1. Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • The refund will be calculated by subtracting the tuition for classes already held from the total amount paid.

  • No refunds are allowed for cancellations on the day of the class or for that particular session.

2. Refunds are only permitted in the following cases:

  • Illness or injury-related absenteeism, provided that a medical certificate or prescription (with the hospital’s name) is submitted within 3 days of the class.

  • Absenteeism for personal reasons (e.g., travel, personal appointments) is not eligible for a refund.

  • There will be no supplementary classes for missed sessions.

3. In the event of dismissal under Articles 4 [Disruptive Behavior and Use of Foul Language], 5 [Violent Behavior], 6 [Safety Rules and Facility Use], and 8 [Guidance and Enrollment Restrictions], the following refund procedure applies:

  • The refund will be calculated by deducting the tuition for classes held from the total amount paid.

  • Any missed classes during the separation period will be included in the total refund days, excluding the day of class cancellation.

Article 12 [Loss/Damage of Educational Materials]

1. Students are responsible for keeping any educational materials provided by PrepMaster Academy Co., Ltd. (e.g., textbooks, workbooks, printed materials) in good condition.


2. Materials provided by the academy may not be reissued due to licensing restrictions.



PrepMaster Academy values each student's potential and individuality and is committed to creating a respectful, safe, and fair learning environment. These regulations are the minimum set of agreements to realize this educational philosophy, forming the basis of trust between the academy, students, and parents.

Regulations may be changed based on circumstances, and parents/guardians will be notified in advance.
