Notice on Mandatory Parental Consent

Hello PrepMaster Academy Co.,Ltd. Parents,
We sincerely thank you for your continued interest and support in your child's education.
To protect each student's right to learn and create a safer, healthier learning environment,  PrepMaster Academy Co.,Ltd will require students enrolling in August 2025 to submit an "Academy Management Regulations and Operational Policy Consent Form." This measure is intended to share the academy's overall operating regulations with parents and ensure that all students receive an education under equal and fair principles.

Enforcement Notice
Effective Date:  August 1, 2025
Eligibility: All new and current students
Submission Documents: One copy of the "Academy Management Regulations and Operational Policy Agreement"
Submission Method:   Written or electronic consent form (Google Forms)

● The consent form must be submitted before registration. Please note that registration will not be completed without it.
● This consent form is an important guideline for your study at PrepMaster Academy.
