[PrepMaster Academy Co.,Ltd. Management Regulations and Operational Policy Consent

This consent form provides information on the academy's management regulations and operational policies, which are established to ensure your child's smooth academic experience and safe, systematic education. It also verifies your parental consent. 
This agreement is written in both Korean and English. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute between the two versions, the Korean version shall prevail.

 
1. Purpose and Intent
PrepMaster Academy Co.,Ltd. has established clear operating standards to maximize each student's learning outcomes and foster a respectful educational environment. All students are required to adhere to these standards. These standards are based on mutual trust with parents and are aimed at ensuring student safety, growth, and quality education.

 

2. Summary of Key Management Regulations and Operational Policies
Before signing the consent form, please make sure to carefully review the detailed contents of the 'PrepMaster Academy Co., Ltd., Regulations and Operational Policies'

●  Compliance with Class Schedules and Prevention of Unexcused Tardiness/Absences
● Restriction on Mobile Phone Use During Class
● Prohibition of Unauthorized Leaving During Class or Management Time
● Prohibition of Behavior That Causes Harm or Discomfort to Other Students
● Prohibition of Damage to Academy Property
● Prohibition of Behavior That Causes Inconvenience or Harm in Common Spaces
● Prohibition of Unauthorized Photography or Filming
● Actions for Regulation Violations

 

If any regulations are violated, individual actions may be taken after prior notice in accordance with the academy’s policies.
3. Registration Guidelines Based on Consent
If you do not agree to the above management regulations and operating policies, you will not be able to register with this academy. Please understand that this is an unavoidable measure to maintain an educational environment and protect the rights and interests of other students.

 

4. Consent Confirmation
I agree with all the contents of the "Academy Management Regulations," and I clearly understand and agree on the following:

● Any language or behavior that disrupts the learning of others (such as noise, jeers, swearing, or profanity) is strictly prohibited. If I use profanity or profanity verbally or through gestures, I agree that I will be immediately expelled from the school after two warnings.

● If violence (including physical, verbal, or emotional abuse) occurs between students, the student involved will be expelled the following day.

● Re-enrollment is not permitted after expulsion under the above provisions.

 

I understand and agree that this process is a principled measure under previously announced regulations.
